It’s the end of an era.
Well, not really an era. More like a prolonged season of banging my head against the wall.
After a lot of introspection, I’ve decided my days here are done. Jesus and Jack started with a specific vision I could never get off the ground. I decided to try and make it a personal blog instead . . . and it still never got off the ground. I love the idea of Jesus and Jack, and I really love the name, but I’ve been trying to revive something that’s been dead for a long time.
I’m a nurse. Sometimes we do that. It’s pathetic.
It’s time to stop CPR and call time of death.
In the meantime, although I’ve been silent here, I’ve been getting a little noisy over at One Thousand Drums, my new blog. I’ve been testing it with a small group, and oddly, through word of mouth, I already have more readers there than I ever did here. So I’m thinking I’m off to a good start. I hope you join me.
So check it out. Subscribe. Comment. I promise its going to be a little more rowdy there than it ever was here.
Farewell, Jesus and Jack. Hello, One Thousand Drums.
Hey, come join me on Twitter … I start riots.
